Cakes
We cater from a minimum of 4 servings to 800 + servings.
Please refer to http://www.earlenescakes.com/ckserchart.htm for the cake servings chart that we use. If you’re not sure on size, send us an email so we can suggest sizes for you according to your catering needs.
- Depending on how simple or complex your cake will be, it can be anywhere from $5.50 – $18.50 per slice
- Writing – $3.50
Cupcakes
We cater from a minimum order of 6 cupcakes to 500+ cupcakes.
- Standard Cupcakes (plain icing) – $3.50ea
- Decorated Cupcakes (plain icing and a handmade simple decoration) $4.00ea
- Custom cupcakes (Icing & handmade decorations) – From $5.00 ea
Cookies
Minimum order 6 cookies
- Plain sugar cookies – from $2.00 ea
- Decorated Sugar cookies (with Royal Icing) – $3.50 ea
- Decorated Sugar cookies (with Fondant) – $4.00ea
Delivery - $10.00 – $30.00 depending on location
Set up fee – deliveries may require us to set up on site, these special circumstances will incur a ‘set up fee’ which depends on the time and labour needed to do so.
Please note that we require at least 7 days notice for all orders, however we do understand last minute changes and always try our best to cater to your needs. If orders are placed two or more weeks in advance, we require a 50% deposit for all orders at time of confirmation and the remaining 50% is due one week before your order is to be delivered/picked up. If orders are placed less than two weeks in advance, we require the full amount at time of confirmation.
